About the role
- Oversee daily execution of 340B contract pharmacy operations including pricing, replenishment, and third-party administration.
- Ensure audit compliance by implementing robust documentation, reporting, and corrective action mechanisms.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and benchmarks for execution performance using Power BI and Databricks.
- Collaborate with analytics, compliance, and operational teams to identify and resolve program gaps.
- Continuously optimize operational workflows leveraging automation and EMR data integration.
- Lead client-facing performance reviews and support contract negotiations from an execution standpoint.
- Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.
- Comply with VytlOne’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and VytlOne's Compliance Program.
- Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.
- Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes.
- Ensure staff is informed of product upgrades or enhancements in a timely manner.
- Hire, train and discipline staff.
- Develop and mentor departmental staff by providing career coaching; motivate departmental staff, individually and as a group; understand and support diversity; and establish an effective team.
- Conduct initial and annual performance evaluations.
- Promote teamwork.
- Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field required; advanced certification or MBA preferred
- 5–8 years in 340B program operations, health system contracting, or pharmacy compliance roles required
- Strong command of 340B regulations, contract pharmacy operations, and vendor platforms
- Must have experience working with EMRs, pharmacy data, and compliance tools
- Must function independently, have personal integrity, have flexibility, and the ability to work effectively with other staff.
