• Own research strategy for Cinema 4D across the full product lifecycle and various platforms, from early concept through post-launch, selecting the right method for every design question: usability tests, contextual inquiries, diary studies, surveys, etc.
• Be the internal authority on how professional artists think, work, and interact with complex 3D tools, translating that knowledge into clear direction for designers and PMs.
• Deliver findings in compelling formats that drive real decisions, including go/no-go calls on major features.
• Identify gaps in research process and push for improvements.
• Mentor other researchers and raise the bar across the team.
