About the role

  • Ensure delivery of comprehensive HR services to the MAXIS US Team
  • Collaborate with business units on all aspects of Human Resources
  • Support managers in the US region and provide guidance where necessary
  • Develop and communicate HR policies and MAXIS regulations to employees
  • Lead the US year-end performance management processes and salary/ bonus review
  • Collaborate with Director of HR Operations & Reward on managing extended leave cases
  • Act day-to-day contact for any ADP issues
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities, including virtual happy hours, office hours, and team meetups
  • Manage monthly payroll preparation
  • Complete special projects as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree education or equivalent level of work experience
  • HR qualification preferred (SHRM etc)
  • Solid HR generalist with proven experience ideally within a dynamic international environment
  • In-depth knowledge of US employment law and policies and procedures
  • Attention to detail and flexibility to manage own workload in a mostly stand-alone role
  • Ability to work across all levels from Executive Team support to Administration
  • Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Insurance/ Financial Services/ Sales desirable
  • Strong project management skills
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of HR systems (ADP TotalSource, BambooHR)
