About the role
- Manage strategic internal communications, working closely with the CEO to deliver the annual strategy update and quarterly Town Hall meetings
- Work in partnership with the People team to deliver employee engagement communications via the OneMAXIS newsletter, employee benefits updates, wellbeing webinars and regular team updates across the business
- Plan, manage and execute the bi-annual all-staff event, the MAXIS MeetUp, ensuring the event runs to budget, builds employee engagement and understanding of the company strategy. The next MeetUp will take place in September 2027
- Manage the OneMAXIS intranet portal, ensuring it is an effective tool for MAXIS staff to find all company information
- Own communications for MAXIS for Good, our global CSR initiative, organising campaigns throughout the year and during our volunteering month
- Provide internal communications support to the business, including Transformation & Change for large, cross-functional projects, ensuring information isn’t siloed
- Support communications with our network members and other external comms as required
Requirements
- Experience in an internal or external communications role, ideally within an international organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, taking complicated information and making it easy to digest and understand for diverse global workforce
- Experience managing large-scale international events end-to-end, working with suppliers, budgeting, agenda planning and more
- Confident working directly with senior leaders to deliver strategic communications
- Strong project and campaign management skills
- Technical skills including Content Management Systems, email marketing, photo and video editing, webinar tools, Microsoft Office, Monday.com
- Contentful CMS knowledge
- Experience using Pardot and Salesforce
- French or Spanish speaking a plus, but not a requirement
