About the role
- Extract, analyze, and validate data from eClinicalWorks (eCW), eBO, AWARDS, and related systems
- Develop and maintain clinical quality and operational reports (UDS, performance metrics, dashboards)
- Support Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
- Test and validate EHR upgrades in pre-production environments
- Optimize clinical workflows and documentation templates
- Ensure HIPAA Privacy and Security compliance across EHR platforms
- Deliver EHR training and provide end-user support
- Develop training materials, tip sheets, and workflow documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Health Informatics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field) OR Associate’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW) and eBO reporting required
- Working knowledge of AWARDS preferred
- Experience in FQHC, Article 28, or community health center setting strongly preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare quality reporting and regulatory compliance
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Understanding of HIPAA Privacy and Security regulations
