• Develop knowledge of the business strategy, culture and deliverables
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting process from open requisition to offer stage, including sourcing, resume review, prescreening, qualifying top candidates, submitting candidates for review, sending official offers
• Gather interview feedback from candidates and interview teams; consult with hiring managers to determine selection process and next steps
• Ensure all candidates are communicated with regardless of their status to ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience
• Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to find qualified candidates
• Maintain and update candidate databases and maintain a fluid talent pipeline
• Attend job fairs and other community outreach events as requested
• Keep abreast of recruitment trends and industry best practices
