• Conduct psychological exams and testing
• Diagnose and treat psychological disorders
• Assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors through the use of psychotherapeutic methods and medicine
• Identify psychological, emotional, and behavioral concerns and provide diagnoses
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Prescribe psychotherapeutic medication and adjust prescription according to patient’s response
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan, including all medication information
• Consult with primary care physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care is provided
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest professional developments and research
