About the role

  • Lead People Strategy including attraction, talent development, and succession planning
  • Strengthen employer branding in partnership with Corporate HR.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HRIS and payroll data (SuccessFactors).
  • Deliver headcount reporting and workforce analytics, including turnover, absenteeism, and engagement insights.
  • Guide leaders on coaching, performance conversations, and goal-setting.
  • Conduct compensation analysis to support market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Partner with senior leaders to assess leadership capability and build development and succession plans.
  • Provide coaching and strategic guidance to leaders across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience leading employee relations, performance management, and coaching leaders at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multisite environment; manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
  • Leadership experience (direct or indirect) strongly preferred.
  • HRIS experience (SuccessFactors or similar).
  • SHRM certification is an asset.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
