About the role
- Lead People Strategy including attraction, talent development, and succession planning
- Strengthen employer branding in partnership with Corporate HR.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HRIS and payroll data (SuccessFactors).
- Deliver headcount reporting and workforce analytics, including turnover, absenteeism, and engagement insights.
- Guide leaders on coaching, performance conversations, and goal-setting.
- Conduct compensation analysis to support market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Partner with senior leaders to assess leadership capability and build development and succession plans.
- Provide coaching and strategic guidance to leaders across the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience leading employee relations, performance management, and coaching leaders at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multisite environment; manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
- Leadership experience (direct or indirect) strongly preferred.
- HRIS experience (SuccessFactors or similar).
- SHRM certification is an asset.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
