About the role
- Oversee the financial operations related to patient care, ensuring accurate billing, efficient claims processing, and timely collections
- Manage the entire revenue cycle, from patient registration to final payment, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
- Improve revenue cycle management by optimizing billing processes, reducing denials, and accelerating claims processing
- Maximize program income from third-party payers through efficient claims management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HIM-related projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management)
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare finance
- 1-2 years of experience in personnel supervision, budgeting, financial management, and nonprofit experience
- Valid Driver’s License with at least three (3) years driving experience and less than two (2) moving violations in the past three (3) years
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background test
