About the role

  • Own solution architecture & design for Matrix42 ESM implementations
  • Lead architectural workshops and align stakeholders
  • Ensure technical excellence across delivery
  • Enable and coach delivery teams
  • Provide process & tool advisory to align Matrix42 capabilities with customer operating models
  • Create audience-adapted presentations and documentation
  • Support pre-sales / pre-study activities
  • Design and review integration architectures
  • Drive continuous improvement of PSO delivery
  • Deliver or support tool trainings for customers

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Strong team collaboration and leadership mindset
  • Proven experience in Matrix42 ESM or comparable ESM/ITSM platforms
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • ITIL Foundation (or equivalent service management certification/experience) is nice to have
  • TOGAF (or other enterprise architecture framework experience) is nice to have
