About the role
- responsible for the existing and new customers assigned to you in Germany
- familiar with working with partners and know what it takes to successfully close deals through partners and build long-term relationships with customers
- creating a sales plan for potential analysis and maintaining the CRM system
- win over customers through targeted advice and planning for their sales success
- organizing customer presentations and workshops and representing the company at trade fairs and events
- manage the entire sales cycle , from initial contact to qualifying and processing sales projects and concluding contracts
Requirements
- relevant experience in sales of IT and software solutions (ITSM in the best case)
- self-motivated sales person with several years of experience in working with partners
- sound, practical experience in the application of sales methods such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC or comparable methodologies
- understanding problems and translating them into a portfolio of solutions
- entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented with the will to succeed
- strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
- confident demeanor, healthy self-confidence, reliability, diligence, technical expertise and a high degree of self-motivation
- analytical mind, high level of commitment and constructive assertiveness
- willingness to work hard and flexibility in terms of time
- corresponding willingness to travel
- very good command of German and English.
