About the role

  • responsible for the existing and new customers assigned to you in Germany
  • familiar with working with partners and know what it takes to successfully close deals through partners and build long-term relationships with customers
  • creating a sales plan for potential analysis and maintaining the CRM system
  • win over customers through targeted advice and planning for their sales success
  • organizing customer presentations and workshops and representing the company at trade fairs and events
  • manage the entire sales cycle , from initial contact to qualifying and processing sales projects and concluding contracts

Requirements

  • relevant experience in sales of IT and software solutions (ITSM in the best case)
  • self-motivated sales person with several years of experience in working with partners
  • sound, practical experience in the application of sales methods such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC or comparable methodologies
  • understanding problems and translating them into a portfolio of solutions
  • entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented with the will to succeed
  • strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
  • confident demeanor, healthy self-confidence, reliability, diligence, technical expertise and a high degree of self-motivation
  • analytical mind, high level of commitment and constructive assertiveness
  • willingness to work hard and flexibility in terms of time
  • corresponding willingness to travel
  • very good command of German and English.
