About the role

  • Responsible for expanding existing customers and acquiring new customers across Germany
  • Manage newly closed deals with new customers
  • Identify and realize up‑ and cross‑selling opportunities through partners
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues from Partner Management and Pre‑Sales
  • Maintain customer relationships and develop sales plans
  • Design tailored solutions and build strategic partnerships
  • Organize customer presentations and workshops
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract conclusion

Requirements

  • Relevant experience selling IT and software solutions
  • Self‑motivated with several years of experience working with partners
  • Solid experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or comparable approaches
  • Ability to analyze customer challenges and translate them into a portfolio of solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
  • Confident presence and a high degree of self‑drive
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
