Project Manager

• Assure successful completion of projects including large multi-discipline, major single discipline, and/or systems integration projects (EPC and services)
• Emphasize project profitability, schedule compliance, communications and documentation, and client interaction and support
• Implement proposal procedures and action plans
• Review resource assignments with appropriate department managers
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Provide scope control, change management, and risk identification
• Develop and nurture client and project team professional relationships
• Direct and coordinate technical activities
• Initiate, document, and facilitate project communication with client, project team, and stakeholders
• Ensure all contractual requirements are satisfied
• Maintain records of purchased materials and subcontracts
• Issue and administer subcontracts and associated documentation
• Manage oversight of construction for EPC projects
• Coordinate commercial activities (billing, procurement) with accounting and assist with A/R collections when needed
• Recommend changes to SOPs to support continuous improvement and share project management expertise
• Provide resource managers with feedback on personnel related to performance, attitude, potential, and problem areas
• Represent Matrix Technologies in professional organizations and societies related to project management and/or engineering

Engineer

• Understanding of the application of the National Electrical Code to designs and deliverables Low-voltage power distribution design involving power feeders, lighting, receptacles, and miscellaneous equipment branch circuits, power distribution equipment (transformers, distribution panels, switchboards and switchgear), motor control centers for manufacturing facilities, and grounding systems Development of conduit/tray routing and wire/cable pull schedules Perform load calculations, short circuit analysis, arc flash studies, and protective device coordination Review and update single-line diagrams, power system drawings, and documentation Electrical equipment specification

Electrical Power Engineer

• Emphasize project profitability, schedule compliance, communications and documentation, use of project management techniques, and client interaction and support
• Implement proposal procedures and action plans
• Review resource assignments with appropriate department managers

• Develop and nurture client and project team professional relationships
