Translate business and program requirements into technical solutions
Develop reusable components and templates
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services
Implement role-based security and data loss prevention policies
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

Requirements

5+ years of experience developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform
Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, RDBMS, Dataverse, Power BI
5+ years of strong understanding of Application lifecycle management (ALM)
5+ years of experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical designs
Ability to work independently and across multiple projects
Experience with Copilot Studio or other conversational AI platforms (desirable)
Experience in government or regulated environments (desirable)
Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Azure services, DevOps practices (desirable)
