About the role

  • Supervise task prioritization and assignment within the team.
  • Oversee sprint ceremonies (Review, Retro, Planning) and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
  • Establish work standards and motivate the team through engaging leadership.
  • Ensure the team’s work is aligned with stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Propose and encourage innovative ideas to modernize processes and the codebase.
  • Advise senior management on the strategic alignment of software projects.
  • Ensure software meets high quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Prepare analyses and proposals to support sales and project planning.
  • Manage recruiting, onboarding, and annual performance reviews.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to support growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • University degree, technical diploma in computer science, or other relevant academic qualification
  • 10 years of significant experience in software development and/or related relevant experience, including leadership or team management responsibilities
  • Fluent in French, both spoken and written
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in front-end technologies (Vue.js / C# WinForms) and back-end (C#)
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Pinia, and SQL Server databases
  • Experience in a DevOps environment and with version control tools (Git)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and TDD
  • Ability to work with APIs (REST, flat files)
