About the role
- Own the strategy and manage the day-to-day execution of our full-funnel marketing campaigns, with direct responsibility for driving inbound meetings and pipeline
- Design multi-touch customer journeys, and execute the programs that nurture leads down the journey from prospect to customer
- Plan and manage paid media programs, including owning budget allocation, performance optimization, and ROI reporting
- Partner with content to develop high-converting assets and scale distribution across paid, organic, and owned channels
- Partner closely with the SDR team to align on lead quality, optimize handoff processes, and ensure marketing-sourced pipeline converts
- Build and execute ABM programs targeting key accounts in collaboration with the SDR team
- Own conversion funnel reporting and analytics - identifying the biggest optimization opportunities and implementing strategies to act on them
- Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
Requirements
- 7+ years of demand generation or digital marketing, owning and driving results across multiple channels
- Experience working in B2B space and generating demand for enterprise products
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and scrappiness is an asset
- Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments
- Experience managing Hubspot as a core marketing ops tool
