About the role
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals on the use of OdonAssist™.
- Organise workshops, seminars, and hands-on sessions to demonstrate device applications and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and education to users.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team to identify and engage potential public and private hospitals.
- Represent OdonAssist™ at major French healthcare events to promote the device, generate leads, and strengthen brand awareness.
- Gather feedback from healthcare professionals regarding device performance and user experience.
Requirements
- Registered midwife or obstetrician with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in obstetrics.
- Proven experience in clinical education or training roles.
- Ability to bridge clinical knowledge with commercial opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within France.
- Fluent in French and English is required; Proficiency in other European languages is an advantage.
- Experience working in a start-up environment is preferred
