About the role
- Manage and analyze customer needs related to our software solutions for secure mobile working
- Conduct external software trainings, coaching sessions, and workshops
- Support customers with releases and the rollout of new features
- Provide comprehensive support and advisory services to customers regarding solutions and processes through the use of our products
- Evaluate customer feedback to optimize our products
- Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Development
- Serve as the primary contact and technical expert for our customers on questions and issues related to the SecurePIM product and new app products in the Apple Indigo and Samsung Knox Native environments
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, information technology, or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience as a Customer Success Manager for complex/technical software solutions and/or in customer support within an IT environment
- Practical experience with iOS or Android operating systems; knowledge of IT security is a plus
- Independent and goal-oriented working style
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
