Act as a thought partner to junior to mid-level clients, educating them about every step of the process and framing insights for actionable recommendations.
Develop trust and build lasting client relationships with Jr. to Mid-Level Insights and Marketing stakeholders.
Questionnaire development including content creation from scratch.
Manage internal and external project members through execution of data collection, field management, data processing, analysis, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Insight Ops, Marketing, Data Science, Cohorts) to execute high-quality work.
Translate data into learnings; tell visual stories through data and comprehensive narratives that frame impactful and strategic recommendations.
Oversee delivery in partnership with a Senior Project Lead/Senior Team member.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in a related field preferred.
4+ years of custom primary research experience (quantitative and mixed methods).
Strong analytic and storytelling skills, with ability to translate data into insights.
Expertise in a range of research methodologies, including survey design, advanced analytics, and integration of quantitative and qualitative findings.
Strong project management skills with ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience mentoring and developing junior researchers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn (learning mindset), openness to sharing, receiving, asking for, and applying feedback.
Adaptability to new methodologies and technologies in the market.
Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Technical Proficiency: Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
