💰 €45,000 - €55,000 per year
About the role
- You will manage the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting and onboarding to offboarding
- You will develop and optimize HR processes and help establish core HR foundations such as onboarding materials and the employee handbook
- You will maintain our HRIS (Lucca) and ensure that all employee data is up to date and accurate
- You will take responsibility for contract management and prepare payroll documentation
- You will be the point of contact for employees and managers and work closely with our Team Lead HR, Cindy, our recruiter Steffen, and our working students in HR.
Requirements
- Confident use of HR systems (e.g., Lucca)
- Good knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and payroll tax regulations
- Initial experience with payroll topics
- Enjoy building HR structures in a growing company
- Native-level German (C2) and fluent English
