About the role
- Consulting and supporting customers on a variety of issues, as well as commissioning and coordinating service providers, both by phone and email
- Distributing incoming inquiries to the responsible teams
- Intelligent automation of existing processes
- Building a knowledge base for recurring questions
Requirements
- You approach problems creatively and persist until you find the best solution
- You enjoy interacting with people
- You have a good numerical understanding
- Initial experience with real estate or law is a plus but not required
- You speak German at a very good level and can communicate confidently in English
