About the role
- You build structures and processes in Berlin, Cologne or Munich together with management
- You manage the administration of your own WEGs, handling all accounting, legal and building-related matters
- You manage, motivate and develop a team of 3–6 property managers across different locations, working remotely
- You act as a mediator between owners and in interactions with third parties
Requirements
- You have experience in WEG/condominium management and in leading a team
- You approach problems in a structured way and follow through until you find a suitable solution
- You have strong communication skills and quickly build rapport with people
- You are skilled at reconciling the expectations of different stakeholder groups
- You speak fluent German and can also communicate in English
