About the role

  • Conduct a full audit of the acquisition setup and deliver a action plan
  • Launch and manage campaigns across Meta
  • Optimize campaigns based on CAC and ROAS targets
  • Contribute ideas and support production of high-performing creatives
  • Improve existing UA flows and run new growth experiments
  • Monitor ad account, adjusting campaigns based on insights
  • Prepare performance reports, next steps, and recommendations
  • Track core metrics including budget pacing, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and ROI
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of user acquisition experience in a product company
  • Having management experience or being ready to lead a team
  • Proven track record of scaling Meta ads with a budget of $1M+
  • Experience with subscription-based products targeting Tier 1 markets
  • Strong analytical skills with campaign measurement, data analysis, and A/B testing expertise
  • Builder mindset; comfortable scaling from scratch
  • Expertise in optimizing traffic based on CPL, CAC, LTV, ROAS, ROI metrics
  • Experience in optimizing creatives at the campaign setup level and using creative factory insights to drive scalable marketing performance
  • Proven track record in scaling user acquisition for new products from 0 to 1, from idea validation to scalable growth
  • English - upper-intermediate level or higher
