Talent Acquisition Consultant – Vollzeit/Teilzeit

• You take on full-cycle recruiting projects for our clients, from briefing and sourcing through screening, hiring-manager calibration and process management to the offer stage.
• You work embedded in clients' systems — for example their ATS, Slack, email setups or hiring meetings — while maintaining the connection to the MatchWave team.
• You bring speed and reliability to recruiting processes without sacrificing quality.
• You build clear scorecards, structured pipelines and transparent weekly updates so clients always know the status of their open assignments.
• You make sure hiring managers feel well advised: you listen, bring structure and help them make better decisions.
• You identify suitable candidates for commercial roles such as Sales, Marketing, GTM, Operations or Customer Success. Tech recruiting can be part of the role but is not mandatory.
• You use modern tools like Granola, GPT or Claude productively in your day-to-day recruiting and are keen to continuously make processes smarter, faster and better.
