About the role
- Actively prospect, qualify, and convert leads into clients for customs clearance services
- Actively prospect new clients (importers and exporters)
- Conduct cold calls and cold emails to introduce the company and identify opportunities
- Qualify leads generated by marketing
- Make the initial contact to understand the prospect’s operations, challenges, and needs
- Present customized solutions tailored to each client
- Prepare detailed commercial proposals and negotiate terms, overcoming objections
- Keep the CRM updated with interactions, status, and next steps
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in commercial or sales roles
- Proficiency in English is a plus
