About the role

  • Proactively identify, target and secure new enterprise clients
  • Build and execute strategic prospecting plans to generate qualified opportunities
  • Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers to open new revenue streams
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
  • Build and maintain a robust, forward-looking pipeline across new and existing clients

  • Position MasterStart as a strategic partner delivering measurable impact
  • Consistently meet or exceed ambitious sales and revenue targets
  • Track, analyse and optimise performance across pipeline and conversion metrics
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly within education, skills development and corporate training
  • Use insights to identify new entry points and competitive advantages

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Business Development/Hunter role, preferably in B2B or enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and pipeline generation
  • Strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the education, training or edtech sector is highly advantageous
  • Experience working with financial services clients is beneficial
  • Exceptional prospecting, negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability
  • Resilient, self-motivated and highly driven to win new business
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Comfortable engaging at senior and executive levels
  • Highly organised with a strong pipeline and time management discipline
  • Willingness to travel as required
