• Monitor social media engagement and escalate enquiries where required.

• Perform quality checks on website pages, links and content.
• Support SEO-related activities and online content improvements.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors and marketing opportunities.
• Assist with sourcing information for blogs, campaigns and presentations.
• Maintain accurate marketing trackers, spreadsheets and reporting information.
• Support general marketing administration and documentation.
• Assist with updating marketing collateral and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers where required.
• Provide general administrative support to the Brand Manager and Marketing team.
