About the role
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through a balanced mix of new business acquisition and upselling/cross-selling to existing clients;
- Build and manage a structured pipeline of new and existing opportunities;
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn;
- Engage HR leaders, L&D managers, department heads, and business owners;
- Conduct needs analyses and recommend appropriate solutions;
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and activity tracking.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ B2B sales experience with exposure to both new business and account growth;
- Proven ability to achieve consistent monthly sales targets;
- Experience operating in a high-volume sales environment;
- Demonstrated passion for sales and performance-based roles;
- Above-average written and verbal communication skills;
- Solutions-oriented mindset with strong objection-handling ability;
- Confidence engaging with key decision-makers;
- Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline.
