About the role

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through a balanced mix of new business acquisition and upselling/cross-selling to existing clients;
  • Build and manage a structured pipeline of new and existing opportunities;
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn;
  • Engage HR leaders, L&D managers, department heads, and business owners;
  • Conduct needs analyses and recommend appropriate solutions;
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and activity tracking.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ B2B sales experience with exposure to both new business and account growth;
  • Proven ability to achieve consistent monthly sales targets;
  • Experience operating in a high-volume sales environment;
  • Demonstrated passion for sales and performance-based roles;
  • Above-average written and verbal communication skills;
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with strong objection-handling ability;
  • Confidence engaging with key decision-makers;
  • Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline.
