About the role
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to define, document, and analyze system requirements
- Partner with QA and UAT teams to ensure solutions are tested and validated
- Support end-to-end delivery, including requirements gathering, data validation, and stakeholder communication
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Manage stakeholder communications, including demos and status reporting
- Create and maintain system documentation and user manuals
- Troubleshoot break/fix issues and provide technical support
- Coach and mentor others on own team or within matrixed organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in a business analyst role or a related occupation
- 5+ years experience in systems analysis, business process modeling, and requirements gathering techniques
- Must be authorized to work in US without visa sponsorship both now and in the future.
- Advanced degree or professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA considered an asset.
- Experience with Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) solutions and platforms, including Archer IRM
- Strong verbal and written skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
