About the role
- Develop and execute strategies focused on coaching advisors on financial planning, investment management, practice management and client acquisition
- Educate advisors to help them grow their wealth and financial planning businesses
- Tactical execution of written plan in each agency
- 1x1 advisor coaching and support for novice and high potential experienced advisors
- Conduct regular coaching program advisor focus groups for high potential wealth advisors
- Deliver agency training on key concepts including: 6 Step Financial Planning Process, Client Service Models, Client Engagement Frameworks, and Product Sales Conversations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HS Diploma with 10+ years of experience in the investment management and financial planning space
- 5+ years of sales experience selling investment management and financial planning products & solutions
- 2+ years of experience working and developing in-depth knowledge of insurance, wealth management and any associated products and services
- Ability to travel upwards of 50%
- FINRA Licensing - Series 7 at time of application
- FINRA Licensing - 66 (or 65 + 63) at time of application
