About the role

Lead development of a Loan Investment Program dashboard aligning loan analytics with strategic growth
Create ROI view of the Loan Program with actionable insights
Consult and recommend to Business Owner and evaluate control enhancements and automation efficiencies
Oversee Strategic Program & Delivery (SP&D) process for initiatives
Develop and maintain programmatic forecast tied to balance sheet and income statement
Serve as second-in-command to Head of Agency Accounting & Analytics for loan programs, rent/lease commitments and agency accounting
Provide high-quality information and analysis to facilitate business performance assessment and decision-making
Monitor and communicate business drivers, analyze sales, revenues, loan payments and financial drivers
Prepare strategic, executive-ready presentations and high-quality analysis to influence decisions
Drive and support strategic initiatives including transformation, automated reporting, advanced analytics and data governance
Collaborate and influence across Finance and business partners to improve processes and communicate complex analysis

Bachelors Degree with 5+ years experience in accounting or finance
Experience using data and information to analyze and communicate leveraging business intelligence applications (Alation, Microstrategy, SQL queries etc.)
Intellectual curiosity to continue learning
Ability to partner with and influence business leaders and peers
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional relationship building skills
Demonstrated potential to take on expanded responsibilities
Must pass a non-registered fingerprint background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA
Ideal: 8+ years experience in accounting or finance
Ideal: Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and statutory financial reporting requirements relating to life insurance products a plus
Ideal: Successful cross-functional leadership across a matrixed organization
Ideal: Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deliverables
