About the role
- Assist in the investigation and litigation of civil enforcement cases.
- Work with investigators, interview witnesses, and review documents.
- Compile evidence and assist attorneys with all aspects of case responsibilities.
- Fact gathering, trial preparation, translation, and data analysis.
- Attend depositions and organize/maintain files.
- Review exhibits and help monitor or administer settlements and post-judgment relief.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required.
- Effective research, data analysis, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under a tight schedule.
- Ability to learn new information quickly and grasp complex concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
- Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Chinese or other language fluency is desirable.
- Other programming or data analysis experience (ex: R, Python) is helpful but not required.
- Familiarity with Westlaw and LexisNexis is helpful.
