Assist in the investigation and litigation of civil enforcement cases.
Work with investigators, interview witnesses, and review documents.
Compile evidence and assist attorneys with all aspects of case responsibilities.
Fact gathering, trial preparation, translation, and data analysis.
Attend depositions and organize/maintain files.
Review exhibits and help monitor or administer settlements and post-judgment relief.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required.
Effective research, data analysis, and advocacy skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under a tight schedule.
Ability to learn new information quickly and grasp complex concepts.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Chinese or other language fluency is desirable.
Other programming or data analysis experience (ex: R, Python) is helpful but not required.
Familiarity with Westlaw and LexisNexis is helpful.
