About the role

  • Address customer queries and document requests related to account openings.
  • Offer creative solutions to tackle issues in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ensure regular exception tracking and clearance using EDMS.
  • Process daily account activation cases following established SOPs.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for account activation assistance and fulfillment.

  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
