About the role
- Address customer queries and document requests related to account openings.
- Offer creative solutions to tackle issues in a dynamic work environment.
- Ensure regular exception tracking and clearance using EDMS.
- Process daily account activation cases following established SOPs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for account activation assistance and fulfillment.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and internal departments.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all account-related processes.
- Stay updated with the latest banking regulations and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
