About the role
- Manage and develop relationships with corporate clients, with a focus on the Manufacturing segment.
- Prepare and structure credit proposals, ensuring they meet the required standards and guidelines.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and assessment of client's financial health and creditworthiness.
- Advise clients on financial strategies and provide expert guidance on trade finance solutions.
- Monitor and manage client's credit facilities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the credit team to underwrite and approve credit proposals, considering risk management principles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our bank's capabilities and services.
- Maintain excellent communication and build trust with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate and Investment Banking, with a focus on credit relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, including cash flow statements and financial modeling.
- Experience in preparing and structuring credit proposals, with an understanding of risk assessment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with knowledge of macros and pivots.
- Familiarity with trade finance products and services is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to make sound credit decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and client-centric approach to relationship management.
