About the role

  • Manage and develop relationships with corporate clients, with a focus on the Manufacturing segment.
  • Prepare and structure credit proposals, ensuring they meet the required standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and assessment of client's financial health and creditworthiness.
  • Advise clients on financial strategies and provide expert guidance on trade finance solutions.
  • Monitor and manage client's credit facilities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the credit team to underwrite and approve credit proposals, considering risk management principles.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our bank's capabilities and services.
  • Maintain excellent communication and build trust with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate and Investment Banking, with a focus on credit relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, including cash flow statements and financial modeling.
  • Experience in preparing and structuring credit proposals, with an understanding of risk assessment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with knowledge of macros and pivots.
  • Familiarity with trade finance products and services is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to make sound credit decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and client-centric approach to relationship management.
