About the role

  • Lead OBPM deployments for the bank
  • Participate in ongoing core banking transformation, bridging business & tech
  • Manage lifecycle from requirements to go-live
  • Oversee testing (SIT/UAT), cutovers, and data migration
  • Interface with business leaders, IT, vendors, and external partners

Requirements

  • 10+ years in core banking / OBPM (design, dev, implementation, support)
  • Proven experience in large, multi-country banking transformation programs
  • Strong techno-functional skills in Payments
  • Experience with Agile/hybrid delivery
  • Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT, host-to-host integrations.
