About the role

Manage and mentor a team of Trade Operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Ensure compliance with ICC rules, particularly URC 500, for import and export documentary collections.
Review and process complex trade documents, performing thorough sanction checks.
Prepare and send SWIFT messages to facilitate smooth transaction execution.

Monitor and improve team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transaction processing.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Operations, with 2 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of ICC rules, particularly URC 500, and trade finance processes.
Strong understanding of SWIFT messaging and international trade regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant trade operations software.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Willingness to stay updated on industry developments.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
