About the role

  • Align HR strategy with business objectives; lead workforce planning for hourly and salaried roles, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.
  • Act as a change leader during organizational initiatives, driving adoption and cultural transformation.
  • Deliver clear, consistent multi-site communications for HR programs, engagement initiatives, and policy changes.
  • Lead complex or multiple simultaneous HR and business-related projects to successful completion, demonstrating agility to pivot and reprioritize based on changing business needs while maintaining timelines and quality outcomes.
  • Coach and elevate HR team performance by identifying skill gaps and implementing targeted development plans.
  • Oversee HR execution across sites, ensuring compliance, employee relations resolution, recruitment effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage HR analytics and predictive modeling to identify workforce trends, guide decisions, and inform strategies.
  • Translate insights into actionable plans for staffing and talent optimization.
  • Partner with leaders to set goals, track progress, and promote evidence-based decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • MBA strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years HR experience with multi-site responsibility.
  • Understands the changing and dynamic workforce landscape in North American manufacturing.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically.
  • Must be willing to work outside of business hours to support all shifts as needed for engagement and leadership visibility.
