Security Operations

• Monitor the Baltimore City lobby and ensure that the environment remains safe, secure, structured and peaceful for clients, visitors and staff.
• Conduct regular patrols of the Baltimore City office premises to monitor and ensure the safety and security of all assets, staff, clients and visitors.
• Utilize and monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Respond promptly and effectively to Baltimore City security breaches, alarms, or emergencies.
• Prepare detailed written incident reports following any security incident.
• Manage and oversee access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel have entry.
