Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise the daily work of RSC staff attorneys
Provide ongoing coaching and support to promote high-quality legal services
Work closely with the other RSC Supervisor on hiring and quality assurance
Provide brief legal advice to self-represented litigants
Assist litigants with Maryland civil legal issues
Identify operational challenges and contribute to resource development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland
At least three years of litigation or relevant legal services experience
Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience
Strong understanding of MCLA's brief advice model
Excellent organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Flexible, collaborative, and solution-oriented team member
Strong customer service skills
Ability to conduct efficient legal research
Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
