Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and presenting to closing enterprise deals.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed revenue targets within the enterprise segment.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Marvin’s value proposition to C-level executives, UX professionals, and stakeholders.
• Contact, qualify and nurture leads through various outreach efforts, including in-person events.
• Lead product demonstrations and provide technical expertise during the sales process.
• Negotiate pricing and navigate legal and security reviews
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing

• Build and lead HeyMarvin’s support team
• Define and implement scalable processes (ticketing, SLAs, escalation paths, feedback loops)
• Resolve customer issues across channels (chat, email, in-app, phone)
• Partner with Product & Engineering to turn customer pain points into product improvements
• Establish support metrics and reporting
