About the role

  • Create accurate and efficient functional models for simulating System-on-Chip (SoC) designs
  • Collaborate closely with software teams
  • Diagnose and resolve issues observed in firmware by analyzing simulation results
  • Actively promote the adoption of virtual platforms within the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields
  • 8-12 years of related professional experience
  • Master’s degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 5-8 years of experience
  • Working knowledge of Python and C++
  • Fundamental understanding of firmware and software architecture
  • Willing to learn
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Experience with existing simulator technologies such as Virtualizer, Simics, QEMU or gem5 is desirable
  • Experience in computer architecture (ARM and/or RISC-V architecture) is highly valued
