• Develop a comprehensive project estimate including Billing of Materials (BOM) and labor breakdown
• Work with sales/operations stakeholders in all Zeus hubs
• Prepare fire & security estimates alongside the CoE Estimating Manager
• Generate code compliant designs of small projects
• Independently generate small system estimates and associated documentation
• Perform site visits/surveys for small projects
• Manage drawing files, records, and documentation orderly
• Collaborate with engineering disciplines, sales teams, project management, and contractors
• Review and approve small project estimates for compliance
