About the role
- The 'Service Sales' department supports and advises our customers on the long-term and smooth operation of MARTIN systems.
- With our customer-oriented service product portfolio, we address various needs throughout the operating lifecycle and are a reliable partner for our customers.
- Sales of service offerings and spare parts
- Identifying customer needs and developing resulting projects
- Customer development and management (including customer visits) for assigned accounts
- Preparation, management, negotiation and follow-up of quotations for assigned customers
- Representation at trade fairs and events
- Maintenance of customer master data
- Development and further enhancement of service products
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or engineering, or a suitable technical qualification with relevant and demonstrable professional experience
- Initial sales experience is an advantage, along with a passion for sales and customer retention
- Experience in plant, machinery, steel, piping, or power plant construction
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English
- Independent, committed, team-oriented working style with a high degree of reliability, flexibility and resilience
- Self-motivation and the ability to develop and build long-term relationships with partners
- Willingness to travel for business domestically and internationally
- Customer- and service-oriented mindset characterized by reliability and solution orientation
