Software Engineer

• Design, deploy, and maintain reporting automation solutions to support business operations.
• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP for backend development, along with HTML5 and JavaScript for frontend functionality.
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to improve development efficiency and accelerate project timelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, proper documentation, and ongoing post-launch support.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation to support seamless workflows, particularly in asynchronous work environments.
• Provide first-line technical support to users and accurately document issues within the tracking system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor IT issues through instant messaging, video conferencing, email, and remote support tools.
• Deliver specialized helpdesk support for automation workflows and AI-driven systems.
• Collaborate closely with management on IT-related initiatives and improvements.
• Proactively communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions using team collaboration platforms.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• - Administer benefits programs including open enrollment processes.
• - Manage the training platform and coordinate employee training initiatives.
• - Handle workers’ compensation claims and unemployment claims.
• - Process leave of absence requests and manage STD and LTD claims.
• - Administer COBRA notifications and compliance.
• - Prepare required reports such as EEO-1 and OSHA 3000.
• - Support new employee setup and address employee inquiries regarding 401k and wellness programs.
• - Coordinate employee wellness and rewards programs.
• - Conduct ACA end-of-year reviews and audits of employment files for compliance.
• - Assist with all other HR administrative duties as assigned.
