• Support month-end close, revenue and payroll accounting, tax compliance, and reconciliations across multiple international entities
• Process monthly credit card statements and maintain support for accruals
• Assist with Accounts Payable close
• Prepare and post standard journal entries
• Reclassify expenses to proper GL accounts
• Record depreciation, loan balance adjustments, stock-based compensation, right-of-use asset entries
• Prepare allocation entries and support general ledger maintenance
• Prepare monthly cash reconciliations
• Prepare and post payroll journal entries for multiple jurisdictions
• Post monthly revenue recognition entries for subscriptions and services
• Prepare and file monthly and quarterly sales tax, VAT, and HST returns
