About the role

  • Acquire new customers
  • Cold calling
  • Conduct initial discovery calls
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and workshops for prospects
  • Develop content guides for prospective clients and corresponding video concepts
  • Research influencers for potential clients
  • Create marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities for prospective clients

Requirements

  • You have sales experience (B2B experience preferred)
  • You are passionate about marketing and social media
  • You enjoy making calls and can handle rejection
  • You enjoy meeting new people and like helping others
  • You work in an organized way and maintain an overview at all times
  • You are fluent in German, spoken and written (C2)
  • You learn quickly and pursue self-directed professional development
  • You work proactively and do not need constant direction
  • You are reflective and thoughtful
  • Willingness to travel (2–7 days per month)
