About the role
- Acquire new customers
- Cold calling
- Conduct initial discovery calls
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and workshops for prospects
- Develop content guides for prospective clients and corresponding video concepts
- Research influencers for potential clients
- Create marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities for prospective clients
Requirements
- You have sales experience (B2B experience preferred)
- You are passionate about marketing and social media
- You enjoy making calls and can handle rejection
- You enjoy meeting new people and like helping others
- You work in an organized way and maintain an overview at all times
- You are fluent in German, spoken and written (C2)
- You learn quickly and pursue self-directed professional development
- You work proactively and do not need constant direction
- You are reflective and thoughtful
- Willingness to travel (2–7 days per month)
