About the role
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of assigned areas
- Liaison between physicians, administration, staff, and patients
- Financial management and process improvement implementation
- Manage performance and development of staff
- Assist with strategic initiatives and clinical service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, business administration, healthcare administration or other related field, or Associate degree/Diploma in Registered Nursing, Associate degree in business administration, or Associate degree in healthcare administration
- Minimum 3 years management experience; or 2 years with a master’s degree
- State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse license as applicable
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months of hire
