About the role

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the College and ISD’s, fostering partnerships that align with institutional goals
  • Manage and develop pathway offerings for dual credit
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement Pre College and College Enrichment initiatives
  • Oversee staff to ensure standardized processes are followed
  • Manage program administration and budgeting
  • Coordinate and lead meetings, special projects and collaborative activities to facilitate the timely implementation of Dual Credit partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • 4 years minimum experience in customer services
  • 1-3 years required experience in higher education
  • 1-3 years preferred experience in recruitment, admissions or community relations
  • Strong understanding of higher education and workforce development landscape
  • Knowledge of legislation impacting dual credit, Texas Higher Education Coordinating (THECB) and local/state/federal rules and regulations, Texas Education Agency, and SACSCOC
  • Proven track record in establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to advance organizational goals
  • Strong analytic and research skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and synthesize data and information from various sources, identify patterns and trends, and present findings in a logical and coherent manner.
