About the role
- Serve as an enterprise-wide Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advisor on global reward related topics
- Lead and deliver enterprise-wide compensation strategies and programs
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by consulting with CoE’s and HR partners
- Support the Marsh McLennan Compensation Leader in driving strategic initiatives
- Partner closely with People Experience Chief of Staff and CoE leaders
- Research industry trends and best practices in rewards
- Support regional and global project work related to reward programs
- Apply a consultative skillset to reward-related themes
Requirements
- Significant experience within global/international total rewards/compensation
- A consultative mindset and client-centric approach to problem solving
- Intellectually curious, seeking opportunities to develop new skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Discipline to work both individually and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
