About the role
- Support all account team members and contribute to strategic recommendations and problem solving for clients
- Develop a broad understanding of the environment in which the insured operates, and the marketplace in which the transactions Guy Carpenter handles take place
- Assist the broking team with client and market research and financial analysis for current and prospective clients
- Develop competencies through a comprehensive and engaging curriculum centered around networking and collaboration
Requirements
- Fully matriculated student pursuing a Bachelor's degree is required with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
